Adib Kosnan is a theatre practitioner, educator and facilitator passionate about creating platforms for communication and care through theatre. An NAC scholar with an MA in Arts Pedagogy and Practice from LASALLE, he is an Associate Artist with Checkpoint Theatre and was named Best Supporting Actor at the Life Theatre Awards in 2020.
Carolyn Lim is a seasoned Counsellor with over 15 years of experience, serving as SAC Registered Clinical Supervisor and Counsellor and a SASW Registered Social Worker. As a Certified Team Lead in the Therapeutic Spiral Model, she specialises in individual and group experiential therapy and has presented at major professional conferences locally and internationally.
Fang Rong is a social worker executive, psychology graduate, and former actress in the Singapore media industry for over two decades. Transitioning from entertainment into social services, she brings storytelling, empathy, and lived experience into her work. Currently pursuing her Master's in Counselling, she is passionate about mental health and creating psychologically safe spaces for growth.
Yong Quan leads the planning and delivery of programmes at Care Corner Active Ageing Centres in Woodlands, supporting seniors to age actively and with dignity. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and volunteers to design initiatives promoting social connection, physical well-being, and emotional health.
