Take a moment to respond to at least one question: "Meaningful innovation in social services looks like..." or "One change that could transform the lives of people and the communities we serve is..." Grab a post-it note, write down your thought, snap a photo before pasting it on the board. Pause to read what others have written too — you might find a spark in someone else's words.
